2.2. In the context of the project, the successful tenderer will be required to gather, validate, analyse and benchmark, between 140-200 metrics concerning organisational activity, including both quantitative and qualitative data; and to anonymously survey the experiences of random samples of 50 staff (approximately 30 survey items),100 patient (approximately 20 survey items) and 100 family carers, per organisation. All survey items and corporate metrics will be determined by NHSE/I.
