- Gas Safe Registration including the following competencies:

- CCN1 – Core Gas Safety

- CENWAT – Domestic central heating and instantaneous water heaters

- CKR1 – Domestic cookers

- HTR1 – Domestic Space heaters

- MET1 – Domestic meters

- CPA1 – Combustion performance analysis

- CMDDA1 – Carbon monoxide/Carbon dioxide – domestic atmosphere and appliance testing

- UVHW1 – Installation & maintenance of domestic unvented hot water storage systems

- Registration certificate from any one of the Government approved full-scope Competent Person Schemes for electrical works such as NICEIC, ECA, NAPIT.

- Competent Person Scheme for Solid Fuel Domestic Appliances including the following competencies:

- Service and maintenance.

- Installation of solid fuel or multi fuel boiler or heater.

- Installation of a flexible metal flue liner.

- Installation of a rigid sectional metal flue liner.

- WR1 – Knowledge of the water supply (water regulations 1999 endorsed by WRAS technical committee)

- Microgeneration Certification Scheme with the following competencies:

- MIS 3001 Solar Heating Standard

- MIS 3005 Heat Pump Standard

- DASHP – Domestic Air Source Heat Pump

- Worcester Bosch Excelerate Accredited Installer.

- Aico Smoke, Heat and CO Detector Competency Training. It is intended that this training will provided free of charge by Aico to those Tenderers appointed to this Framework Agreement.

- (Cat B) Non-Licensable Asbestos work training accredited by one of the following bodies: UKATA, IATP.
