The value stated within the contract award notice is the estimated value of Year 1 of the contract, following commercial evaluation.
The initial contract length is two (2) years. The Authority reserves
the right to extend the contract for two (2) x twelve (12) month periods, subject to satisfactory performance and continued requirement of the Authority. It should be noted that Year 2 (and beyond
if extended) pricing is to be capped at the CPI rate of inflation with clear evidence provided to demonstrate and support any such increase.
