Scope
Description
The City of London Corporation is procuring professional project management, contract administration and Employer's Agent services for the delivery of the CAT A refurbishment works at 20-21 Aldermanbury under a Design and Build building contract.
The services will include project and programme management, consultant team coordination, procurement and tendering support, risk and change control, stakeholder engagement and statutory approvals, and management of construction delivery through to completion, handover and post-completion in accordance with the Authority's governance arrangements.

- £288,000 including VAT

Description of possible extension:

Justification for not publishing a preliminary market engagement notice
The Authority did not undertake Preliminary Market Engagement prior to publication of this Notice. The scope and requirements for the four professional services appointments are sufficiently developed through internal feasibility work, specialist technical studies and recent comparable procurements across the Authority's estate.
