Tenders are invited from suitably qualified firms for the supply, delivery, database migration, installation, staff training and commissioning of an integrated leisure management and point of sale software solution for Cardiff Metropolitan University.
The University runs sports facilities on 2 university campuses including wet and dry facilities in Cardiff, Wales.
The current leisure management system, installed since 2001, is Gladstone, Plus 2.
The University currently has around 70 members of staff that require access to the system with up to 15 people required to be logged into the system at any one time.
It is anticipated that the implementation of the new system will improve the customer experience by providing online self-service portal facilitating joining, bookings, payment administration (including direct debit management), account management, and will permit access to these facilities using a range of devices including smartphones.
