On behalf of Gold Hill HA, B2G.services are managing a national framework for use by any UK contracting authority wishing to procure a flat roofing 'full system' installation, repair or upgrade and all associated works supplies and services in relation to any asset class of property, anywhere in the UK.
This framework is for flat roofing 'full system' suppliers and manufacturers, who are able to oversee the design, survey and installation of full systems by their approved system contractors, checking full installations to ensure material warranty and guarantee requirements are met prior to handover. Framework suppliers are therefore able to offer a comprehensive all-in-one service to co-ordinate all of the above.
To optimise efficiency and compliance in both procurement and project delivery, framework suppliers may assign projects to their approved system contractors registered on the B2G DPS, who then contract with the authority and deliver the project/s under the auspices of the framework supplier, and compliant with the specification, standards and regulations set out in the framework documents.

The framework agreement shall run for an initial term of twelve months and then automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same length until such time as B2G serves notice of termination.
Prior to renewal, in addition to certification, suppliers will also have the option to update prices for some or all items. Adhering to the principles of UK.gov's Should Cost Model, which aims to achieve competitive market pricing whilst avoiding a 'race to the bottom', B2G will then recalculate and reissue pricing data, for reference on projects registered in the new term,
The shortened term will enable all parties to better withstand market and supply chain volatility, with pricing remaining current, competitive, durable and viable. The automatic renewal will ensure optimum efficiency.
To ensure the framework remains open, fair and competitive at all times, at each renewal date additional suppliers may also be appointed, subject to submitting a bid and being evaluated and awarded by B2G in accordance with the same criteria and terms.
