The Equality and Human Rights Commission is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced partner to provide licensing and support for our current suite of financial software.

Services to include but not limited to:

-supporting the full portfolio of software

-supporting current integrations with other systems used in EHRC (both cloud based and on-premise)

-ensuring that licences are renewed according to requirements and their expiry date

-providing training and support as required on a call-off basis

-providing guidance regarding upgrading and patching of systems, act as source of patching software and notification

-providing value for money reviews and work in partnership to drive efficiencies and developments (including product integrations)
