seven.2) Information about modifications
seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
The variation introduces additional service lines to the existing call-off contract under the CCS Framework RM6182. Specifically, it adds a new service line (referred to as OH19) that was not originally included in the call-off tender but is now required.
It also extends the clinical delivery time for existing services (OH2, OH3, EAP10) to accommodate longer appointment types. The modification is within the scope of both the CCS framework and the original call-off contract.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee.
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
The modification was necessary due to operational circumstances that could not have been foreseen at the time of the original call-off. Specifically, the contract has been varied to include longer appointment types to better meet service delivery needs. The modification is made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
