Gateshead Council are looking to appoint an experienced Car Park operating company to provide operation and management services at the c. 1,000 space multi-storey car park (to be built) that will serve the Gateshead Quays development, including the 12,500 seat arena and conference/exhibition centre, and the surrounding land uses.
The successful company will be required to work with the Council for an interim period during the design phase of the Car Park construction. At this time the interim period is anticipated to be approximately 12 months.
The contract for the Operation and Management of the Car Park will be for a 60 month period once the car park is operational which currently is anticipated to be Autumn 2022.
