Curo are looking for a single contractor to deliver a programme of passenger lift servicing, repairs and maintenance works across its passenger lift portfolio. In addition to the lift servicing and maintenance, Curo also wish to include a programme of passenger lift replacements and refurbishment. A full scope of work is detailed in the general and technical specifications included in the ITT tender pack.The contract will be for an initial period of four years taking the contract to 2029 with an optional extension of two periods of 12 months (4+1+1) taking the contract to 2031, which is subject to performance.
