Explanation:

The procurement was run under a below-threshold Light Touch Regime procurement, advertised on Contracts Finder.

The process resulted in 1 bid being received, which was non-compliant. The Authority is therefore not awarding the contract under this procedure due to no compliant bids being received.

The Authority intends to comply with the requirements laid down in The Regulations as applicable to the Light Touch Regime and will undertake best practice in line with this position to negotiate with the only supplier to submit a bid in order to award a suitably agreed contract.
