This is a service utilised by GPHG's Development; Sales; Divestment and Finance Teams. The expected start date of this framework is 1st August 2025.

The framework allows for Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) to award call-off orders that covers numerous Lots. However, when awarding a call-off order that incorporates more than one Lot, the potential provider whom is awarded the work must be a services provider allocated a place in all of the Lots in question.
