The key objective(s) of this competition are to:
• Establish a Preferred Supplier List (PSL ) of Appointed Providers who will provide recruitment services to NHS Property Services (NHSPS). NHSPS intends to award a contract to 30 Providers.
• Set the conditions under which Appointed Providers will operate and provide services
The purpose of the tender is to create a pool of recruitment providers who will be available to provide recruitment services upon request from NHSPS. Once the Appointed Providers are contracted with NHSPS, they will be approached to provide services based on the regions they operate in and functions they can cover.
30 Providers will be awarded a contract. This opportunity comes under three main categories: Facilities Management (Soft and Hard), Corporate, and Executive Search. NHSPS intends to award a set number of contracts under each category. The breakdown of available contracts under each category is as follow:
Corporate - 18
Facilities Management - 10
Executive Search - 2
Providers who specialise in more than one category will have the opportunity to be awarded a contract through any of the categories which they cover. For avoidance of doubt, once awarded a contract the Appointed Provider will be allowed to provide all services covered by the contract regardless of the category.
