Ofgem seeks the successful tenderer to provide a digital learning system which provides a range of development opportunities to complement Ofgem’s existing learning and development offer.
Ofgem has approximately two thousand (2000) colleagues and any offering that tenderers propose should be based on this number of users with the ability to flex up and down should employee numbers fluctuate throughout the duration of the contract. The digital learning system must also have the capacity for multiple users (up to 2000) using the system concurrently at any one time without any adverse effect to response speeds or download speeds.
