Online language tuition and testing have been growing considerably for the past ten years, with global user interest peaking during the COVID pandemic.
In alignment to the British Council's organizational strategy, our new assessment and learning products are based on improving customer experience using digitally enabled services and products. Scores are set against the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and potentially, other major English language scales identified as a need for our users.
