DHSC is looking to develop and test an approach to positive behaviour change that uses incentives and rewards to inspire adults (18+) to engage in increased levels of physical activity and improve their dietary choices.The market engagement phase is an opportunity for DHSC to understand and engage with interested parties and potential solutions to inform and shape our thinking. We are interested to understand how existing app-based incentives schemes could be adapted to facilitate sustained behaviour change in the areas of physical activity and diet, but also to explore novel and innovative potential solutions.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

DHSC is seeking suppliers to attend a market engagement day on the 14 April 2021 between 10am-1pm. To note that the date and time are provisional and could potentially change. Depending on numbers we may run identical sessions on 15 of April, however suppliers and interested parties will only need to attend one of the days. To register an interest in the market event please email healthincentives@dhsc.gov.uk before 6pm on Monday 12 April stating your interest and the names/contact information of those that will attend the date from your organisation. Once we have received the interest in the event we will confirm dates and times.
