DHA is looking to procure and implement a proven off the shelf integrated system to assist with the management of its housing, asset management and factoring services.
The system is to include standard functionality in respect of housing including the rent accounting, arrears management, tenancy
management, void management and waiting list and as well as a tenant portal facility.
The system is also to include factoring functionality including the ability to calculate charges, produce invoices and manage accounts.
Fully developed suite of ARC reports is also expected to be part of the solution.
DHA is a medium sized social housing provider with no internal IT resource therefore the proposed solution is to be cloud based.
