two.1.4) Short description

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to install audio video recording facilities at a new office location in Bradford City Centre. This is to accommodate hybrid online Coroners Court inquest hearings with multi-screen capability, alongside a software solution. The Council requires the Provider to oversee the whole project; providing a high quality product on time and to the required quality standards.

There will be a mandatory site visit which will be taking place the week commencing 12th April 2021. All bidders are required to perform due diligence and any Provider who does not visit the site prior to a tender submission will be disqualified from the process. Bidders should request an appointment via YORtender.

The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of three (3) years with a possible 2 twelve (12) month extensions. The Council reserves the right to amend the scope of the support requirement for the extension period. The contract will allow for further purchases of Audio Visual equipment as required during the course of the contract.
