CDD Services on behalf of County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust have a requirement for the provision of Removals, Transfer of Furniture/Equipment, Disposal and Storage.

This opportunity is split in to two lots, suppliers are invited to bid for either or both lots. The aim of this opportunity is to appoint a single supplier for each lot to ensure a consistent and documented approach to the disposal, storage and transfer of furniture and equipment across all hospital and community sites within the Trusts parameters (please refer to full tender documentation pack for further information), ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory and NHS financial requirements as a minimum.

The requirement has been divided into two lots:

Lot 1 - Removal, Transfer of Furniture/Equipment, Disposal and Storage for County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and Synchronicity Care Limited

Lot 2 - Removal, Transfer of Furniture/Equipment, Disposal and Storage for Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust

Closing date for submission: 26/03/2025 at 12 Noon

The contract duration is 36 months with the option to extend for a further 24 months (2x12 months).
