Northumbrian Water Group has approx. 3200 colleagues. We are committed to developing colleagues to achieve their potential and deliver high performance. Over the coming years we have big plans to ensure our development offering is engaging, innovative and not only develops colleagues for their role right now but sets them up for success for the future world of work. We're looking to work with trusted partners to deliver learning experiences which will consist of the following:

• Leadership Masterclasses - The masterclasses will cover a range of topics from managing change to coaching skills. They will likely last between 1-2 hours and be delivered to groups of leaders across the business either online or in person.

• 1 to 1 Coaching/Group Coaching - We offer coaching to senior colleagues either on a 1 to 1 basis or within teams.

• Insights - Insights is our preferred psychometric tool for individual and team development. We are rolling out Insights across leadership teams/project teams so it becomes embedded into our organisation. This work requires 1 to 1 coaching sessions focused on colleagues' insights profiles along with team insights sessions.

• Bespoke team development - we also have a regular need to work with teams of particular development areas. This could be in relation to conflict management/new team development etc.

Estimated annual requirements are as follow -

Lot 1 - Leadership masterclasses (design and delivery of approx. 20 classes of 15 delegates)

Lot 2 - Coaching (1 to 1 and group sessions) (approx. 20 coaching clients)

Lot 3 - Insights psychometric tool (1 to 1 feedback and development sessions) (delivery of approx. 100 insights profiles (10 team sessions))

Applicants are asked to note that this procurement process will be conducted electronically with all documents and communication being managed through the Northumbrian Water eSourcing Spend Management portal called 'Ariba'.

Expressions of interest for this tender must be sent to the e-mail address expressions@nwl.co.uk before the deadline date of 22 March 2022 at 12 noon. Once expression of interest has been received that contains the details below, applicants will be given access to the Ariba portal within 48 hours from request. This portal will contain all the tender documents associated with this procurement that are available at the time. An email link will also be provided to the email address you provide to access the portal. The deadline for return of the completed PQQ is 25 March 2022 at 12 noon.
