These land remediation works will include appropriate Coal Mining Risk treatment to Phase 1 and Assessments for the Phase 2 area to inform the anticipated treatment works, along with Phase II Ground Investigation works to define the extent of the historical coal mining, with general ground investigation in regards to foundation design and environmental risk assessment.
