The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Compliance Works (2025) provides a range of statutory compliance works to support ENP Member/Licensees.

These works are predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP members/licensees.

Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in.

A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
