NENC ICB, which provides care and support to people living in their homes across North Cumbria intends to award a contract to a new provider, following the Most Suitable Provider Process.

The contract has a zero expected annual contract value and is paid on a cost per case basis as it is for an individual client package.

The contract term will run from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice using the Most Suitable Provider Process. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

The intention to award decision using the Most Suitable Provider Process has been made by NENC ICB North Cumbria Finance Director and Contract Officer.
