This Procurement seeks to award a single contract for the hire of Tractors and ancillary equipment for MAG to support with winter operations and other airport related activity such as, but not limited too: grass cutting and tree clearing.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The hire of tractors and ancillary equipment which includes but is not limited too; mounted gritters, telehandlers with hitch and bucket and dump trailers.

The initial requirement is at Manchester Airport to support winter operations. At present, there is no requirement at East Midlands or Stansted Airport, however, there could be in future. Therefore, MAG reserves the right to incorporate any of MAG's current airports or any future acquisitions into the scope of this contract should a need arise.

This contract is for the non-exclusive supply of tractors and ancillary equipment which includes but is not limited too; mounted gritters, telehandlers with hitch and bucket and dump trailers.

MAG Airport LTD will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contracts communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court(England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
