The appointment in terms of value is not deemed to be a regulated contract and is a call-off from an existing framework namely Curb's (Link Group) framework. The framework was advertised via Find A Tender Service (FTS) Contract Notice: 2021/S in September 2021. Appointment to the framework was as a result of the framework provider inviting tenders in relation to both quality and price. The framework provider's terms have been observed in relation to this appointment.
