Cafcass is seeking partners that are interested in delivering a support service for families in family court proceedings. Cafcass requires suppliers to hold NACCC Enhanced accreditation and Cyber Essentials certification at the start of any competitive tender process.
Cafcass commissions the delivery of services for families in private family law proceedings in England on behalf of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ)
A new (ICFA) service has been designed to focus on supporting children and families to agree sustainable family time arrangements that reflect the child's needs, wishes and feelings.
Contract Start date of 1 August 2025 will be subject to mobilisation with new providers to be fully operational by November 2025.
