The primary objective of the opportunity is to establish a multi Supplier Agreement, capable of awarding between one (1) and up to approximately six (6) talented Contractors to support this initiative, via an Open procurement procedure.
The primary focus of this approach is to support the following areas:
i.To reduce bidding time for suppliers and Housing 21 on unnecessary future tenders e.g. work will be “called off “when required by invitations to quote
ii.To create opportunity for improved supplier relationship management over a longer contract period to enable awarded suppliers experience benefits of contract longevity; and in turn for suppliers to then inform their own business planning and support their work force
iii.And to ensure evidence of fair and transparent competitive tendering meets compliance regulations and demonstrates value for money and the highest quality for customers
