Down GAA wishes to appoint an Integrated Consultant Team to provide design services on the ICT for Centre of Participation, Wellbeing & Shared Learning Hub (COPWSLH) at Ballykinlar, Co.Down. The project will encompass 1. 4 natural grass pitches (3 of which are floodlit), Covered seating area, Indoor 3G MUGA, Walking Trail, Gym/Fitness Suite, Heritage Museum/Interpretive Centre, Team preparation and changing facilities, Office accommodation and Community development facilities and meeting/resource room.
The scope of services will commence at RIBA Stage 2. Planning Permission ref LA07/2019/1808F .
The project duration from time of appointment of the ICT to the end of Defects Liability Period is approximately 48 months.
This project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programme Body (SEUPB)
