This procurement is for the care provision within existing extra care schemes. The provider must be registered with CQC prior to submitting their bid.
Extra care schemes are for older people and people with disabilities who want to live in their own home with access to on-site care and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if they need it. It means living in a safe property, with self-contained apartments in a well-maintained extra care scheme in the heart of the community that is purpose built and tailored to the needs of older people and people with disabilities.

Lot 1. Honeytree Court
Description
This procurement is for the care provision within existing extra care schemes (Honeytree Court). The provider must be registered with CQC prior to submitting their bid. The care provider will be expected to provide planned care and emergency on-site support 24/7, 7 days a week.

Competitive flexible procedure description
At the first stage bidders will be invited to complete the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) . Bidders will be scored on their technical and professional ability within the PSQ. Bidders will have access to the master bidder guidance and ITT tender pack.
At the second stage, bidders who are successful at the PSQ stage will be invited to complete the scored ITT questions which includes Social Value. Bidders will be asked to complete a pricing matrix.
