To ensure that all property, equipment, and services in use by Essex Cares Limited (ECL) are routinely inspected, tested, and maintained, we require a team of full-time Caretakers to support and maintain our growing property portfolio. Regular maintenance and inspection will ensure our properties are kept to the standard required by ECL and to comply with any regulation or legislation that maybe applicable.
