A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:

Clause 8.4 of the ITT document states ‘The Service Provider(s) shall reimburse the Council 1% of total spend per Lot in the form of a Community Benefit Fund’. In addition, in the attachment area of this ITT on PCS-T, Method Statement (A) must be completed and returned. Answers to Question 11 should detail what community benefits will be provided in the East Ayrshire area which will enhance and assist the community.
