The University of Bristol's vision to create a World Class Campus and reach CNZ by 2030, requires Campus Division to adopt, adapt and extend our capabilities in the use of innovative and technologies and systems, to be key enablers to enhance and future proof the way we plan, develop and utilise our estate.

The University of Bristol therefore requires a Buildings Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Trend System specialist to undertake the service and maintenance of the University's BEMS and associated systems and networks. There will also be a requirement for some new installation works up to pre-established values. The service and maintenance contract shall ensure the performance standard for the entire building control system is met, including delivered environmental conditions, plant operating efficiency and occupier comfort.
