Providers will need to be familiar with the principal legislation, and statutory requirements relating to the provision of:
• Independent Mental Health Act Advocacy (IMHA)

• Relevant Person’s Paid Representative (RPPR)
• Rule 1.2 Representative (Community DoLS)
• Independent Care Advocacy under the Care Act 2014
