Applicants will be assessed against each Lot and will be excluded from bidding for Lots in which they fail to achieve a score of 150 or more using L&Q's 5 step evaluation model as detailed in the SQ documents. At contract award Tenderers will only be award contracts up to 1.5 x the value of their average turnover.
