To provide every pupil, member of staff and guests at Hayes Park School who so requires a nutritionally balanced hot or cold meal at lunchtime that meets the food standards as laid out by 2014 No. 1603 The Education (The Requirement for School Food Regulations (England) 2014.

OUR PURPOSE
There are four primary purposes for catering at Hayes Park School:
1. To provide a nutritionally balanced meal for our pupils.
2. To provide value for money catering services for parents/carers and to support the activities of the school.
3. To provide and manage a sociable environment for pupils and staff to meet and eat together, enabling young people from different backgrounds to socialise in accessible surroundings, enhancing the staff and pupil experience and helping build a strong sense of community.
4. To encourage healthy eating for our pupils on food education and wellbeing.

At the school’s discretion the school may upon request travel to one of your nearby schools as part of the reference section to further demonstrate their due diligence procedure. You company must be able to provide a school upon request that is no more than 3 miles from Hayes Park school. The school has the right to reject any proposals that cannot pass this pre-qualifying criteria.
