Dover District Council (“the Authority”) wishes to select and appoint a suitable service provider for the provision of experienced Portal Official Veterinarians (OV’s) to verify and validate documentary checks from 1st October 2021 and ensure that products of animal origin (POAO) presented to the BCP are checked in accordance with veterinary checks regime.

The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1st July 2021 and will continue until 30th June 2023 (with the option to extend for a further 12 months) unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
