Founded in 1823 as the London Mechanics’ Institute, Birkbeck was incorporated in the College of London in 1920. Birkbeck University is seeking a Term Service Contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance to the HVAC and BMS systems across the portfolio of buildings in Bloomsbury, London, UK. Birkbeck is located in a number of buildings, the largest is in Malet Street covering approximately 22,000m², along with various other smaller buildings in predominantly Georgian buildings in the area. The contract will also have provision for the addition of project works where appropriate.
