USW currently has an International Compliance platform in use as an end-to-end solution for both September and January intakes. The system is used primarily to determine the eligibility of international unconditional offer holders to receive a CAS to apply for a student visa and is used across USW departments from admissions and recruitment all the way to accommodation, finance and academic registry.

The university is now able to tender for an end-to-end International Compliance Platform on an initial 4-year contract with a potential 12-month extension.

We are seeking a supplier with an expertise in handling international student recruitment process including proficiency in hosting a, UKVI and Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) (formerly known as OISC) or equivalent compliant system which helps manage financial and compliance risk, alongside automated video interviews for applicants from high-risk markets and data insights which better inform the University on its performance versus competitors and the sector.

USW is seeking a compliance platform which meets all aspects of the international student journey. The International Recruitment Compliance Platform will include features such as interview functionality, insight data, conversion and arrival communications
