Initial Clean Up and Maintenance Plan, Ongoing Inspection: One off tidy up at start of season and ongoing weekly throughout the year: litter picking; report on condition of shrubs and hedges, trees, play areas; produce maintenance plan. Monthly contract review.

Common Stair Cleaning: Sweep and wash including windows, cills & wall tiles.

Front and Rear Close Entrances: sweep and clean, remove debris.

Backcourts and External Common areas: sweep, remove debris, litter, leaves, moss & weeds; ensure hardstandings clean and clear; de-weed and prune soft landscaped areas.

Bin Stores and Associated Paths/ Hardstandings: sweep, remove debris, litter, leaves, moss & weeds; powerwash bin stores, removing and replacing wheelie bins.

Grounds Maintenance: weeding & herbicide/ weed killer to hardstandings; edging & de-weeding [including under fence lines]; shrub pruning & cut back where overhanging paths/hedges/buildings; hedge cutting and remove all arisings.

Grass cutting: tenement gardens & backcourts; ‘garden care’ properties; sweep adjacent hard surfaces; lawn mower cut and strimmed; hard surfaces to be swept and all waste/ cuttings/ arisings to be collected and removed off site.

De-littering: uplift domestic refuse, debris, litter and sharps; uplift and remove/ dispose of the same day.

Windlaw & Dunagoil Strips [rank grassland- densely planted area- and non-rank grass]: uplift refuse, furniture and debris; sweep & clear paths and hardstandings; [non rank] grass cutting; [rank] perimeter grass cutting; edging & de-weeding; cut back shrubs & trees behind fence/ boundary line; all debris/ waste/ cuttings/ arisings to be removed off site.

Bulk removal: remove/ pull through bulk items to kerbside; or collect & remove all debris to a licensed waste unit; complete all administration in connection.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The tender evaluation will comprise the SPD, your quality score for your Contractor Design Statement [CDP]; and the Contract Sum stated on the Form of Tender

The submitted SPD will assess the selection criteria as a pass or fail to identify contractors who pass by meeting the specified criteria. Only those contractors who achieve an SPD pass will have their tender quality and cost considered/ evaluated.

The criteria for scoring will be to reach a total percentage score as follows:

Price (tender)- deducting 1% from 100 for every percentage point each tender is in excess of the lowest tender, prior to weighting.

Quality- Contractor Design Statement [CDP] scoring will be maximum 100 marks, submissions ranked in relation to the other candidates based on the Employer’s stated aspirations/ requirements and the information provided by the candidate(s). The Contractor Design Statement [CDP] scores will be converted to a percentage, prior to weighting.
