The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) (the "Authority") seeks a Senior Civil Servant HR Platform (the "Justice People Platform" or "platform") and is inviting bids from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors. The contract will cover the implementation and ongoing support for a low code/no code, hosted platform. The Authority requires an innovative platform that can be built and maintained by human resource professionals to streamline processes, digitise workflows, improve efficiency and information management, improve engagement with stakeholders and the HR experience for staff.

The contract term will initially be 2 years with options to extend for a further 2 x 1 year terms, at the sole discretion of the Authority, making a total of 4 years. However, the duration may be varied (reduced or extended) in line with emerging business needs.

The contract has an estimated value of £1,300,000 GBP for the full 4 year term. The initial 2 year term has a maximum budget of £600,000 GBP.
