The full scope of the procurement will be defined during an options appraisal, however it is anticipated that works will include day to day responsive repairs, void refurbishment works and planned refurbishment works, although the latter is still to be be confirmed. The detail with regard to the delivery model, including consideration of division into Lots and the duration of the new arrangement/s, is yet to be defined.

The estimated contract value detailed in II.1.5 is based upon the current arrangements and reflects an estimated annual value of circa GBP 5,000,000.00 - GBP 6,000,000.00.

Origin Housing will be hosting a Soft Market Test Event on Monday 28th March 2022 between the hours of 2-4pm. The event will be held at a London location which will be confirmed in due course to all attendee's.
Interested parties are requested to confirm their interest in attendance via e-mail to procurement@effefftee.co.uk by no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 24th March 2022.
The subject of the e-mail should state 'T1-6551-Origin Housing Soft Market Test Event' and it should confirm your organisations interest in attendance along with the name and e-mail address of your proposed attendee. Details of the venue will then be shared with the attendee ahead of the event.
Accepting that the Government will be looking to remove most COVID restrictions over the coming weeks, in the interests of social distancing, organisation will be limited to ONE attendee ONLY.
