Poole Housing Partnership Ltd (PHP) are seeking a supplier to provide attendance for planned preventative maintenance and emergency repairs within the domestic dwelling and communal areas owned by Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council).

The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 6 years (3 + 3 + 3) Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for 9 years. The anticipated start date of the contract is 1 July 2021.

During the term contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for setting up, maintaining and expanding a database of the new and as installed mechanical services installations, appliances and accessories and their operation for each property covering gas, hot and cold water, heating, electrical systems.
