The contract is to include hardware costs (4G tablets with accessories), initial project build and one-off costs (including data migration, smart sync upgrade, hosting on the cloud), with licenses and annual support for up to five years.
The Council is proposing to contract with RA Information Systems to provide the service as the company are, as the developers and owners, the only provider able to support this proprietary
product.
