two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The delivery of a responsive repairs and voids refurbishment work contracts. With A Hybrid Schedule of Rates and Average order value model for repairs and a schedule of rates model for voids.
Whilst this PIN has not been set up as Lots, there will be 7 regional Lots when the Contract Notice is published and it is envisaged at this stage that tenderers will only be permitted to win a maximum of 2 regional lots, although this is subject to engagement. The exact value and location of the Lots is still to be confirmed, but it is envisaged they will include - 1. South West at 380000 a year, 2. West at 280000 a year, 3. South East at 800000 a year, 4. London region at 380000 a year , 5. The Midlands at 500000 a year, 6. the North East at 490000 a year and 7. The North West at 840000 a year.
The contract term is likely to be either 3 years with the option for a further 2 years, or 3 years with the option for a further 2 years and another 2 years.
The contract will commence in April 2025. The 21000000 value added to this PIN is based on the overall term for the maximum 7 years across the 7 Lots (subject to the above).

Your expressions of interest and comments are invited by midday on Friday 8th March 2024. Face to face market engagement events will also be held and these will take place at the locations set out below on the given dates.
- Bolton (The Square, 53-55 Victoria Square, Bolton BL1 1RZ) on Monday 11th March at 2pm
