Further to the publication of a Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) on the Government ‘Find a Tender Service’, the London Borough of Redbridge is seeking to procure a contractor to develop the Seven Kings Site. The development shall comprise a total of 236 residential flats comprising a mix of Affordable Rent, Private sale, and Intermediate tenures as well as business space and community / health space, landscaping, public realm improvements, cycle and car parking provision, plant, storage, and other associated works. Demolition and clearance of all buildings, paving etc., form part of the works.
