The University intends to commit to a 3-year contract with a possible 2-year extension. The successful Tenderer will be secured following Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage will be subject to ongoing assessment of their performance through quarterly service reviews against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and at the end of three years as detailed at ITT stage. In the event that the successful Tenderer’s performance as measured against the KPIs is deemed unsatisfactory by the University then the successful Tenderer will risk the contract being terminated unless improvement is clearly evident.
