This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st August 2025 for an initial period of thirty-six (36) months until 31st July 2028 with the option to extend the Agreement for (12) months until 31st July 2029 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.

The framework agreement is designed for the bulk supply of in scope products to member institution site for use predominantly in student residential accommodation & conferencing settings. This lot covers the supply of goods, across the United Kingdom for Bedding Textiles (not limited to Bed Linen and Bedding packs, duvets, pillows) and Kitchen Starter packs (not limited to Dining ware, crockery, cutlery, pans, glassware), Cooking aids and Kitchen Linens. This lot also covers the supply of the above in-scope goods, across the United Kingdom, directly to the student on a non-mandatory basis. Coverage is national but is not mandatory that appointed suppliers can supply each region.
