two.2.4) Description of the procurement
This procurement process is a joint call to establish a qualification system by Severn Trent Water Limited ("STW") and Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedig ("HD") pursuant to the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 ("UCR 2016") Provision of a single or joint solution to integrate and implement a new Field Services Management Platform that will open access to new functionalities that will enable us to remove some SAP customizations, improve operations and exploit new capabilities.
Key capabilities of the new solution would include:
• Work Order management
• Scheduling and Dispatch (including Traffic Management)
• Mobile Application
• Security and Access
• Data and Reporting
• Demand and Capacity Management
• Integration to third party systems
• Contractor Management
• Customer management
• Simplify support and access through a SaaS solution (accessible from any device).
• Simplify the overall process.
• Tracking of mobile assets like pumps, water bowsers, vehicle cranes, compressors etc. and tie in with planning / scheduling.
• Ability to manage volumes / quantities / capacity / speed / routes on vehicles (to support ability to manage loads with multiple pick-ups and drops on different vehicle types) to support the end-to-end planning and scheduling process.
