NCC is re-procuring its current combined case management system.

Norfolk County Council (NCC) uses a combined case management system to cover key elements of its roles as a minerals and waste planning authority, Highways Authority and Lead Local Flood Authority.
NCC is re-procuring its current combined case management system.
Replacement case management system(s) must be able to manage:
- the functions of a Minerals & Waste Planning Authority
- the functions of a Lead Local Flood Authority (regulatory and consultee roles)
- the functions of a Highway Authority (including Legal Agreements and consultee role)
- a Land Charges system
- Goods Vehicle Operator Licence
- Document storage and retrieval for all areas

Norfolk County Council is considering whether to procure the replacement system in lots or as one system, and is interested in holding meetings with potential suppliers on a one-to-one basis to discuss a draft outline specification and how their solution could meet some or all of our requirements.
