This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the most suitable provider process.The contract award was concluded and finalised on 10th February 2025.The contract variation to the existing providers GMS contract will be effective from 1st April 2025. There is no end date as contract is in perpetuity.The value of the contract per annum is £706, 680.04. The lifetime value of the contract cannot be calculated due to the GMS contract being held in perpetuity.There was one Conflict of interest identified throughout the process as a panel member is a patient at The Mote Medical Practice. The non-conflicted members assessed the nature and risk of this conflict, and decided and implemented steps to take to avoid or manage it.No representations were received.
